| Todd Cooper Barnes hails from out west. San Juan Capistrano to be exact and the home of the swallows. As a child he spent his time playing in the ocean, making skateboard ramps and riding motorcycles. Todd first picked up the camera in jr high school photo class. Like so many, he fell in love with it when he printed his own photo in the darkroom. With this influence in photography he started playing with digital video and 16 mm film which in turned he made a number of short films. After shooting video for a couple years he missed the sound of the shutter so focused more on shooting stills. Todd travels to many places around the world to focus on personal projects. He currently resides in Brooklyn NY.
